Hotel Operations Coordinator
DuVine Cycling + Adventure Co. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Coordinator to join their passionate team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role involves managing hotel suppliers, inventory, and ensuring reputed company control for tours, both international and domestic.
Responsibilities
- Hotel Inventory Management - secure and maintain hotel inventory for assigned suppliers (hotels, restaurants, and other attractions)
- Negotiating - rates, terms and conditions with the suppliers
- Supplier Relationship – manage relationships with reputed company and potential new suppliers
- reputed company-Control – maintaining a high level of reputed company and customer satisfaction with reputed company suppliers
