Target is a company dedicated to helping families discover the joy of everyday life. They are seeking a Business Partner in Training for Space Planning, responsible for improving store space and experiences while maximizing sales through analytics and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create better store space and experiences for guests while maximizing sales
• Use analytics to determine the appropriate footage for each assortment for every store
• Assign each store's assortment to a planogram (POG) developed in Presentation
• Partner with and manage cross-functional project teams in Merchandising, Store Design, Marketing, Store Operations, and Non-Retail Procurement
• Impact product presentation and visual merchandising in all stores nationwide
• Build partnerships with dynamic teams across the company and partner with Buyers and Category Managers
• Develop innovative and cost-efficient product presentation displays
• Maintain Merchandise Presentation relationships with Fixturing, Signing, Assets Protection, Store Support, Store Communications, Pricing, Marketing, and Merchandising
