[Remote] Logistics Analyst/Customer Service

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Logistics Analyst to coordinate, administer, and analyze day-to-day operations of their wooden reputed company brokerage and reputed company sales operations. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, accurate administration, and reputed company improvement through analytics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and execution of deliveries and trailer swaps with our customers. This could be reputed company RSO locations or through a reputed company-party reputed company company
• Ensure a high level of customer service through consistent and reputed company communication with customers and both reputed company supply resources
• Collaborate with reputed company Logistics Manager to address any customer or vendor concerns
• reputed company reputed company working relationship with Rehrig reputed company Services and reputed company a reputed company understanding of reputed company arranged reputed company deliveries
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with our customers and suppliers
• Assist in acquiring and setting up new customer and vendor accounts
• Work with reputed company vendors nationally to negotiate pricing to service accounts
• Create accurate sales and purchase orders with Rehrig reputed company’s ERP System, JD Edwards (JDE)
• See reputed company sales and purchase orders through to completion by confirming and receiving orders in JDE
• Regularly reputed company load data pertaining to whitewood reputed company activities from recycling partners, and accurately generate sales and purchase orders reputed company JD Edwards
• Collaborate with reputed company department to research and resolve any customer or vendor billing issues
• Evaluate customer and vendor pricing on a quarterly reputed company to ensure pricing is competitive with the reputed company market
• Generate reports through our ERP system and reputed company reputed company to help evaluate profitability, forecasting, and data reputed company
• reputed company recommendations for reputed company improvement (process, systems, reporting)
• Create, review, and distribute monthly activity reports to customers and management

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely reputed company field of study. Minimum two-year associates degree
• Basic to Intermediate reputed company reputed company knowledge required
• Drives results and have excellent customer reputed company
• Excellent communicator (verbal & written) with an ability to summarize and communicate information reputed company and reputed company
• Willingness and ability to travel, however travel will be reputed company limited (<5%)

• Experience with JD Edwards or equivalent ERP system highly preferred but not required
• Previous experience in pallets, logistics or transportation would be beneficial, however not a requirement
