Mortgage Loan Officer/Account Executive
Ternus Lending, LLC is seeking motivated and dynamic Mortgage Loan Officers to drive success in 1-4 family residential investment property lending. The role involves educating and empowering property investors while managing loan processes and achieving production goals.
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to expert for residential property investors by educating them, originating our game-changing loan products, and helping them achieve their financial goals
- Stay ahead of the curve by mastering our lender product offerings, guidelines, and systems to seamlessly guide loans through Due Diligence, Underwriting, and Closing processes
- Spread the word by distributing compelling marketing materials and conducting customer qualification analyses
- Maximize your impact by efficiently managing company-supplied leads and Salesforce contact databases, ensuring timely follow-up and quality lead handling
- Crush your targets by consistently exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual origination production goals
Skills
- 1+ years in residential/commercial mortgage lending (or equivalent)
- A natural talent for sales, customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving
- A Bachelor's degree
- MLO License
Benefits
- Commission: Earn up to 40 BPS of commission PLUS profit sharing of deal economics on the closed loan amount.
- All Loan Officers hired in 2026 will be granted shares in the company through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Location: Hybrid remote in SouthPark - Charlotte, NC.
