Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator will support the onboarding and growth of merchant partners by managing training and ensuring long-term success, driving product adoption and usage across platform accounts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct online onboarding and training sessions for platform merchant partners
- Drive usage and success across both producing and non-producing accounts
- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships through consistent communication to drive platform adoption
- Monitor operational performance to ensure partner expectations and company goals are met
- Coordinate and manage operational, technical, and project-related tasks to ensure timely and successful execution
- Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day coordination and operational management
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead training sessions
- Strong technical skills and comfort working with platforms, tools, and systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with external partners, clients, or accounts preferred
- Proficient in Google Suite; Salesforce experience preferred
- Experience in operations, onboarding, customer success, or account support is a plus
