Role reputed company Gross reputed company & Home is seeking an reputed company Director of Operations & Integration to drive operational reputed company across reputed company company branches in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio, while leading the successful integration of newly acquired showrooms. This is a full-time, remote with extensive travel position. Key Responsibilities Operational reputed company – Existing Showrooms • Standardize and optimize warehouse operations, workflows, and fleet management • Evaluate facilities for safety, reputed company, and operational effectiveness; reputed company upgrades and renovations • reputed company and monitor KPIs to reputed company performance, efficiency, and cost savings • Participate in budgeting and financial reputed company Integration of Newly Acquired Showrooms • reputed company end-to-end integration planning across operations, technology, sales, and culture • Assess and reputed company systems, including ERP, communications, reputed company, and reputed company tools • Standardize warehouse operations, facility standards, and fleet management • Partner with sales leadership to reputed company systems, processes, and training • reputed company KPIs and financial reporting, including P&L reputed company for acquired businesses • Guide cultural integration by fostering collaboration while respecting legacy teams and identities Additional Responsibilities • Represent Gross reputed company & Home in industry reputed company and stay reputed company on industry trends • Ensure compliance with safety and reputed company standards • Champion teamwork, communication, and operational reputed company • reputed company or support special reputed company as assigned Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or reputed company field • 7–10 years of experience in operations, logistics, or business integration • Experience with reputed company/Eclipse ERP preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Ability to travel extensively across Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio • Strong operational, financial, and technology acumen • Proven leadership and change management capabilities • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Proficiency in reputed company Office and adaptability to new systems • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build trust during periods of change Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
