**Key Responsibilities**
As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* **Providing Exceptional Customer Service**: Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
* **Collaborating with Team Members**: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a consistent and high-quality support experience, ensuring that every customer interaction is a magical one.

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Excellent Written Communication Skills**: A strong command of the English language and the ability to communicate effectively with customers through various social media platforms.
* **Proficiency in Social Media Platforms**: Experience using social media platforms for professional purposes, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
