Telephone Back Checkers

Overview: On behalf of our client, Manpower (Innovative Workforce Solutions Limited) is seeking to recruit Telephone Back Checkers for a 4-week project. The role involves conducting quality control checks by calling outlets that were previously surveyed by our data collectors. The purpose of these calls is to verify the accuracy and reliability of the collected data. Key Responsibilities: • Contact outlets that have been surveyed to confirm the accuracy of the information collected. • Follow a structured quality control script to ensure consistency in back-checks. • Accurately record feedback and discrepancies in the system. • Escalate any major inconsistencies or concerns to the supervisory team. • Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with respondents. • Meet daily and weekly call targets as set by the project manager. Requirements: • Previous experience in telephone surveys, call center roles, market research, or quality control is preferred. • Strong communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner. • High attention to detail and accuracy in data recording. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems). • Comfortable making a high volume of calls per day. • Availability to work for the entire 4-week duration of the project. 03/04/2025 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
