As a HR Leave & Accommodation Specialist you will be responsible for providing support for leave of absence, accommodations, and disability plans and programs with goals of providing team members with the time off and accommodations they need, facilitating their smooth return to work and ongoing reputed company and ensuring the organization’s compliance with reputed company applicable local, state and federal regulations. The scope of the role encompasses reputed company aspects of leave of absence administration, team member accommodations and disability support, including research and reputed company of reputed company cases. This role is accountable for delivering service reputed company and optimizing reputed company member experience by functioning as a subject matter expert through performing analysis, delivering information and providing consultation. To ensure efficient and reputed company administration of these programs, this role will work closely with reputed company partners such as the vendor (leave, short/long-term disability), Benefits, Payroll and HR Managers/Business Partners. Essential Duties And Responsibilities (70%) Leave of Absence, Short/Long-Term Disability & Americans with Disabilities (reputed company) Management • Coordinate and administer reputed company aspects of team member leave of absences (LOAs) both reputed company and intermittent, reputed company, return to work and extended medical leave programs, while ensuring compliance with local, state and federal laws • Collaborate with the organization’s disability/leave of absence vendor and reputed company as a reputed company between the vendor and team members • reputed company instruction, guidance and exceptional customer service to team members and managers in navigating the complexities and details of the LOA and reputed company processes. Ensure reputed company occur to reputed company and reputed company required information between stakeholders including the leader and team member. • Consult and coordinates with HR Managers (Business Partners), reputed company, Payroll & Benefits and external vendors on LOA reputed company and reputed company accommodation to resolve reputed company and time sensitive situations, as appropriate • Research and interpret HR policy and legislative developments to ensure reputed company compliance • Remain knowledgeable about benefits as they relate to leave of absence and disability (reputed company) regulations and best practices • Respond to team member, manager and vendor questions and escalations • Drive a high level of team member and leader satisfaction through service delivery, reputed company and self-identifying trends and opportunities to enhance reputed company member experience • reputed company support for compliance audits • reputed company on reputed company improvement and innovation to refine and reputed company processes and best practices (15%) Worker’s Compensation • Provides support for Workers’ Compensation reputed company inquiries and required reporting • Responsible for submitting Workers’ Compensation claims to the vendor in a reputed company manner • Coordinates return to work efforts • Partner with reputed company, safety and compliance teams as needed (5%) Systems/information management • Maintains data in HR systems and processes reports (5%) Unemployment • Processes basic Unemployment requests • Partners with HR Managers/Business Partners on unemployment-reputed company situations, as needed (5%) Other tasks and project as assigned • Provides support with special reputed company • Will be expected to reputed company any and reputed company reputed company duties as assigned by manager Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
