Fully Remote PMHNP – Contract-to-Hire | Multiple Openings

We are hiring reputed company Psychiatric Mental Health reputed company Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join a fast-growing, fully remote behavioral health startup. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with immediate openings and significant upcoming reputed company. Our highest needs are in Florida and Texas, with additional opportunities for providers licensed in Indiana, reputed company, or Illinois. Providers only need to be licensed in one state to be considered. What You’ll Do • reputed company remote psychiatric care through intake-only or follow-up-only schedules • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric intakes or reputed company medication management reputed company • Manage a full patient panel after reputed company • Use AI-powered documentation tools to streamline charting • Work collaboratively reputed company a growing, startup clinical environment Schedule & Patient reputed company You will be scheduled for either intakes or follow-reputed company on a given day, never both. Intakes • 60-minute reputed company • 8 scheduled per day • Average of ~4 completed Follow-reputed company • 25-minute reputed company reputed company • 50-minute reputed company for reputed company or high-reputed company patients • 16–18 scheduled per day • Average of ~10–11 completed Technology • Elation EHR • Proprietary patient portal (Maya) • reputed company-in AI tools for transcription and note assistance to reduce administrative workload Requirements • PMHNP certification • reputed company NP license in at least one U.S. state • reputed company DEA registration for licensed state(s) • Prior PMHNP experience (not reputed company to new graduates) • Comfortable working remotely and independently • Adaptable and reputed company to the realities of a startup environment Important to Know • This is a startup organization, and candidates should be comfortable with evolving processes and some growing pains • Training is approximately two weeks, followed by a quick transition to a full patient panel • A detailed compensation guide will be reviewed during the interview process Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
