EDC Student Internships / New Grad Positions – Finance Stream (Starting summer 2026)

Export Development Canada (EDC) empowers Canadian businesses to succeed globally by offering innovative financial solutions. They are seeking students and new graduates in Finance for internships and co-op programs, providing opportunities to gain experience in various financial roles.

Skills

• Studying or recently graduated from a program with a focus in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management (finance focus), or related
• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program (eligible for up to one year after completion of studies)
• Available for 8 months or more - While roles will be available for 4-month terms, preference will be given to candidates with availability that extends
• Previous work term experience related to their field of study
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated self-starter, good organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Enthusiasm to tackle any task, whether menial or complex
• Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a valid work visa at the time of application
• Applicants must meet government security screening requirements
• Applicants must be currently enrolled in post-secondary studies or have completed their studies within the past year
• Knowledge of both official languages is an asset and may be required for certain positions
