Content Asset Specialist - Omaha, NE.
Mutual of Omaha is a company seeking a Content Asset Management Specialist responsible for processing and coordinating the approval of marketing assets. The role involves troubleshooting with Financial Representatives and Advisors to maintain compliance on social media platforms while demonstrating strong communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the marketing team's campaign materials are accurate. Recommend alternatives and contingency plans for increasing process effectiveness
- Process and prioritize workflow from content creation through execution to storage and eventual decommission
- Manage creative assets through a review process to ensure alignment with Mutual of Omaha's brand, legal, and Compliance regulations
- Work with Financial Representatives and Advisors to troubleshoot and maintain compliant social media status
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and company software (e.g., InDesign, Workfront, JIRA, Confluence) proficiently, including the ability to independently operate and train others on the software

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Background as a Digital Asset Manager, Content Coordinator, or similar background with proven expertise in managing digital assets, coordinating content and projects, utilizing marketing and project management software, and upholding brand consistency across channels
- Skilled in using InDesign, Workfront, JIRA, and Confluence, with the ability to independently operate and educate others on these systems
