Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will assist Project Managers in managing multiple reputed company reputed company on the manufacturing of Low Voltage Electrical products, ensuring smooth project execution and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid to large size reputed company, working closely with engineering, analyzing technical specifications, single line diagrams, electrical room layouts and designs
• Developing project schedules, reputed company resources to assure smooth project execution
• Procure materials and monitor production activities
• Monitor and control project budgets, conduct risk analysis and reputed company mitigation plans
• Verify execution of the project through clean hand over meetings and customer reputed company off meetings
• Daily communication to reputed company stakeholders and exchange technical requirements and project plan information
• Working with vendors across US and Canada which includes Low Voltage distribution products
• Work closely with cross functional teams to increase productivity and reputed company milestones, report on reputed company to reputed company stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or reputed company discipline
• Aptitude in managing multiple priorities and tasks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with MS office (Word, reputed company, Power reputed company)
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving reputed company problems
• reputed company or similar ERP system experience is an asset
