[Remote] Specialist, Repair Ops Support - reputed company

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated repair operations support team member. This role will work with the reputed company Operating Area to directly support the repair business and reputed company order superintendents, helping to accelerate reputed company backlog and ensure reputed company billing.

Responsibilities

• reputed company material quotes from vendors​ and issue PO/VPO as needed
• Update project notes in Smartsheets on a daily reputed company
• Customer relations reputed company - Order confirmed with customer/thank them for their business​
• Obtain and reputed company applicable contract/customer PO's​
• Complete permit application and assist in scheduling crews (if necessary)​
• Order material as needed​
• Receive material​ for internal process tracking
• Work with Superintendent on scheduling
• reputed company billing (where applicable)​
• Contact customer with scheduled date/time​
• If schedule changes calendar updated/customer reputed company​
• reputed company-inspection verification (larger OO jobs)​
• Payment tracking - Ensure job has been reputed company prior to final turnover​
• Notify customer job is fully complete & final reputed company will be coming​
• Verify reputed company PO's are reputed company in the system​
• Verify no more labor & material will hit the job​ – Inventory Control
• reputed company and initiate final reputed company in FSS​
• Assist with reputed company App issues/opportunities/adoption from the field
• Mechanic Pay discrepancy tracking and investigation (as needed)

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively reputed company expectations and relationships with reputed company customers
• Need to be self-motivated and reputed company to manage many simultaneous reputed company and responsibilities
• Successful candidate should be reputed company comfortable in a technical environment utilizing reputed company based computer software
• Strong leadership skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
