The role involves assisting clients in choosing the right life insurance plans through a supportive and flexible work environment.
Responsibilities
- Speak with clients (via phone or Zoom) who have requested information
- Help match them with the right insurance policy
- Follow a simple, proven sales process
- Earn commission on every policy placed
Skills
- Strong communicators who enjoy working with people
- Self-driven individuals who are coachable and eager to grow
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S
- Able to pass a background check
- Willing to get licensed (approx. $200 investment)
- Comfortable helping clients or working independently
- Previous sales or insurance experience is helpful (but not required)
