Clinical Account Executive Home Health

reputed company is one of the largest and most trusted home health and hospice companies in the U.S. They are seeking a Clinical Account Executive to reputed company reputed company about home care services and reputed company relationships with key referral sources. The role involves coordinating patient admissions, achieving sales goals, and promoting reputed company at community events.

Responsibilities

• Educates health care professionals, patients, and families about home care services
• Develops and maintains relationships with key referral sources, such as hospitals, nursing homes and physician offices to generate leads
• Coordinates patient admissions with reputed company, including obtaining reputed company required documentation to complete referral to admission process
• Conducts on-site reputed company to assess patient needs and identify barriers to care
• Keeps accurate records of patient interactions and referrals
• Achieves admissions, product, and payor-mix goals
• Meets short and long-term reputed company account goals
• Documents the minimum expectation of sales calls daily in CRM (including reputed company and post reputed company notes)
• Maintains a complete, up-to-date record of targeted referral sources in territory in CRM
• Attends community events to promote reputed company
• Responds to customer complaints in reputed company manner
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• reputed company RN or LPN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work
• At least one year of experience in a reputed company reputed company business development/reputed company role
• Reliable transportation, reputed company reputed company's license, and liability insurance
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
• MSW, LCSW, PT, PTA, OT, OTA, SLP, and PA licenses are considered in some cases
