Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin PC is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join their Retail practice. This role involves managing litigation cases for retail clients, drafting legal documents, and collaborating with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
Responsibilities
- Manage and represent retail clients in litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials
- Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on legal matters
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- 1-5+ years of experience in relevant legal experience
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
