Supervisor, Multi Tenant Sales (Bilingual Spanish and Mandarin)
Spectrum is a leading provider of communication and entertainment products. As a Multi-Tenant Sales Supervisor, you will manage a team of sales representatives, oversee daily operations, and contribute to the department's growth while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Guide and supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives, managing daily operations to meet and exceed sales targets
- Recruit, interview, hire and train new sales representatives, ensuring the team is equipped for success
- Communicate territory assignments clearly to maximize coverage and effectiveness
- Monitor payroll processes and approve commission payments promptly and accurately
- Address employee relations, including conducting performance appraisals, providing coaching and safety training
- Support budget preparation and offer input on marketing strategies and sales promotions
- Coordinate field support for sales staff, spending approximately 70% of time in the field and 30% in the office
Skills
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Knowledge of community sales practices
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance
- Communicate clearly in oral and written formats
- Operate a personal computer and relevant software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets
- 6+ months of sales supervisory experience
- Telecommunications and cable industry experience
- 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Understanding of Spectrum products and services
