Risk Management Specialist

The Risk Management Specialist will support the administration and reputed company of various claims, collaborating closely with internal teams and a reputed company-Party Administrator to ensure effective claims management and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the reporting, auditing, and administration of Auto Liability (AL), General Liability (GL), and Workers’ Compensation (WC) claims handled internally and by the TPA
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for insurance carriers, claim adjusters, and internal stakeholders, providing reputed company updates and responses
• Partner with the Senior Specialist and leadership to support risk assessments, hazard identification, and risk mitigation initiatives
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and store leadership to ensure smooth claims reputed company
• Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and Bonds, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Administer internal first-party liability claims not referred to the TPA, including investigations, statement collection, and denial letter drafting
• Participate in regular claim reviews with the TPA to support reputed company plans for reputed company claims and process improvements
• Prepare and present claims data and insights to leadership using PowerPoint

Skills

• Demonstrated experience in customer service–reputed company roles, with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally and empathetically
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to reputed company explain reputed company information to diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company and claim-reputed company timelines simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
• Willingness to learn risk management practices, insurance concepts, and compliance requirements
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
