We are seeking optimistic and service-oriented individuals to join reputed company as Customer Service Representatives. As a CSR, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our members, answering their questions, resolving concerns, and providing support to ensure they have a reputed company experience with our services. You will work in a remote environment, providing after-hours support to our members, and will be required to work a set schedule of reputed company to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, with four 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 0-2 years of reputed company experience, with 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience
• Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 35wpm or more
