Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our team. As an IAM Developer, you'll be responsible for integrating packages in SailPoint to enhance our protection and governance posture. You'll work with world-class software and platform teams to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. Your expertise will play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) events within IdentityIQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and JML events within IdentityIQ
• Implement SailPoint solutions with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge
• Develop and implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
• Utilize WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
• Collaborate with international-class software and platform teams to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape
• Troubleshoot and manage IAM solutions in an enterprise environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Strong exposure to general identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
• Experience with trade deployment/release management
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong mindset

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related area
• 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company
• Experience with SailPoint implementation and strong IAM domain best practices
