Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with our valued customers via phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will be an integral part of our customer service team, working collaboratively to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product information to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor phone queues to ensure proper coverage is maintained at all times, providing seamless support to our customers.
  • Respond to emails and live chats in a way that reflects the arenaflex brand voice, tone, and personality, ensuring consistency and excellence in all interactions.
  • Utilize product knowledge to suggest items to customers, properly informing them on product choice and ensuring that they have all the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding current customer service processes and procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and operations.
  • Demonstrate patience and understanding when interacting with customers who may require extra support, maintaining a consistent tone and effort in all interactions.
  • Inform customers of order status, product availability, and manage customer expectations around these areas, ensuring that our customers are always aware of what to expect.
  • Maintain all quality, productivity, reliability, and sales performance standards, striving for excellence in all aspects of your work.
  • Assist with overflow calls from other concepts when needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support your colleagues and the broader team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as internet savviness and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to respond to a high volume of emails and chats in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 kb/s, as well as a quiet and secure home workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule that may include early morning, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, particularly during peak seasons when our customers need us most.
  • Bilingualism in Spanish is a significant plus, as it will enable you to support our diverse customer base and provide exceptional service to our Spanish-speaking customers.
