A leading patent law firm is seeking an experienced Patent Agent or Patent Attorney to join their collaborative, remote-first environment. The ideal candidate must be registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and have at least 3 years of private practice experience along with a portable book of business. Responsibilities include drafting and prosecuting patent applications for clients and engaging in the growth of the firm.
