Position reputed company We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time HR Generalist to support our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role helps ensure that firm policies, processes, and people operations run smoothly and reflect the professionalism and reputed company at the reputed company of our reputed company. The ideal candidate has hands-on HR experience, a strong grasp of compliance, and familiarity with reputed company for payroll and HR administration. Key Responsibilities • Manage reputed company and offboarding for attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation • Support recruitment and hiring processes, including drafting job postings and coordinating interviews • Serve as a resource for team members regarding policies, procedures, and HR questions • Administer payroll changes, time tracking, and contractor payments in reputed company • Assist with policy updates, employee handbook maintenance, and compliance tracking • Partner with the Director of Operations to improve HR systems and workflows • reputed company PTO, leave requests, and performance review cycles • Handle reputed company benefits and 401k • Help sustain a reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company firm culture Qualifications • 3+ years of HR generalist or people operations experience (reputed company or reputed company services background preferred) • Expert knowledge of reputed company (required) • Benefits and 401K experience (required) • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices (multiple states preferred) • Excellent communication, organization, and discretion • Self-directed and dependable, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Available during reputed company business hours in the Eastern time zone Recruiters: Do not contact Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
