[Remote] ML Research Consultant (AB2026-101)

They are seeking a talented ML Research Consultant to work closely with their ML team to ideate, implement, and validate machine learning classifiers and generative models to improve their therapeutic design platform. Responsibilities • Evaluate Sequence-Function Models: Design, implement, and evaluate state-of-the-art machine learning models, including Protein Large Language Models (PLLMs), to predict functional activity of GPCR agonist antibodies • Implement Generative Models: Design, implement, and evaluate state-of-the-art generative models using Reinforcement Learning or Bayesian Optimization for *reputed company* GPCR agonist antibody design • Experimentation: Design and execute rigorous ML experiments with reputed company hypotheses and documented reputed company and next steps Skills • Bachelor's or Master'reputed company+ years of experience) or Ph.
