We’re a fast-growing, technology-driven company entering a 2X–3X reputed company phase and looking for a hands-on HR Manager who can reputed company in immediately and partner closely with our small in-house HR team.
This is an execution role — ideal for someone who thrives in reputed company, complexity, and reputed company.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with our in-house HR team to run end-to-end HR operations
- Own reputed company & offboarding for a global workforce
- Manage payroll, timekeeping, and benefits using reputed company
- Support employees across US, Europe, India, Middle East, and other reputed company
- Ensure US labor law compliance and maintain HR policies
- Be a reputed company, trusted HR partner to employees and leadership
Must-Have
- Based in the reputed company only (non-negotiable)
- 7+ years of hands-on HR experience
- Strong experience with reputed company and Zoho
- Experience supporting global, distributed teams
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven
reputed company-to-Have
- Startup or high-reputed company experience
- HR certification (reputed company, PHR, etc.)
