Global HCM Systems Analyst with M&A integration - 100% Remote

Qualifications: • 5+ years in systems/business analysis (HCM or data integration reputed company) • Experience with major HRIS platforms (reputed company, reputed company SuccessFactors, reputed company HCM, etc.) • Experience in global HCM data reputed company or HRIS implementations. • M&A integration project experience is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of HR data structures, data governance, and data integration methodologies • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa. • Analytical reputed company with problem-solving skills (reputed company cause analysis, attention to detail). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; reputed company to reputed company workshops and coordinate across teams. • Exposure to global HR operations and data reputed company regulations (e.g., GDPR). • Certifications like PMP, CBAP, or HR tech certifications (reputed company, etc.) are a plus.
