Consultant - Oracle Cloud HCM Technical

This is a remote position. We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud applications, building Integrations, Fast Formulas, and loading data using HDL/HSDL/FBDI to meet business requirements. This role involves working closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to deliver effective solutions that enhance the overall HR processes. The Senior Technical Consultant/Lead is responsible for providing advanced technical expertise, solution architecture, and leadership in the design, development, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud technical components. This role ensures complex technical solutions are built efficiently, are scalable, and align with overall business and integration strategy.Job Role:Sr. HCM Technical ConsultantExperience:5–7 yearsLocation:RemoteEmployment Type:Full-time Requirements • 5-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. • At least 2/3 Oracle implementation experience. • Worked in Fast formulas in OTL, Absence, and Payroll modules. • Should have delivered integrations/ reports using HCM extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI. • Done data migrations using HDL (HCM data loader) also understanding of the other tools like HSDL is a plus. • Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OIC) and REST-based APIs. Is a plus. • Knowledge of PaaS Extensions (VBCS, PCS, etc.) Is a plus.
