About the Project We’re launching a major market outreach campaign for our education services business. We need an experienced presentation designer to transform our completed copy into 4 professional pitch decks in Canva. Enterprise Service Deck (8-12 slides) ∙ Audience: State education agencies ∙ Focus: Systems-level capacity building 1. Premium Partnership Deck (10-15 slides) ∙ Audience: Large school districts & County Offices of Education ∙ Focus: Multi-year transformation partnerships 1. Pilot Program Deck (8-10 slides) ∙ Audience: Individual school principals/leadership teams ∙ Focus: Entry-level engagement opportunity 1. Core Services Overview Deck (12-15 slides) ∙ Audience: General prospects ∙ Focus: Full portfolio and approach Important: Ideally, you’ll develop a master slide layout system that can be used consistently across all 4 decks, with content variations rather than design variations. This ensures brand consistency and efficient production. Your Responsibilities ∙ Design a master slide layout system in Canva following our brand guidelines ∙ Apply this layout system across all 4 decks with appropriate content ∙ Create visual hierarchies that support the narrative flow ∙ Incorporate data visualizations, diagrams, and charts where specified ∙ Ensure consistent design language and templates across all presentations ∙ Provide 2 rounds of revisions per deck ∙ Deliver editable Canva files with organized naming conventions Required Qualifications ∙ Portfolio required: Must show previous pitch deck/presentation work (preferably in Canva) ∙ Proven experience designing B2B or B2G sales presentations ∙ Strong understanding of visual hierarchy and slide composition ∙ Ability to create clear data visualizations and process diagrams ∙ Experience working with existing copy and brand guidelines ∙ Excellent attention to detail and consistency across presentations Preferred Qualifications ∙ Experience with K-12 education sector clients ∙ Understanding of education/public sector sales materials ∙ Background in designing for high-stakes presentations ($100K+ deals) ∙ Familiarity with creating decks for different audience segments ∙ Experience creating master slide templates and design systems Project Details ∙ Timeline: 2-3 weeks preferred ∙ Budget: Please provide your quote for all 4 decks ∙ Deliverables: Editable Canva files for all 4 presentations ∙ Process: We’ll provide brand kit, all copy, and slide-by-slide instructions.
