Role reputed company This is a remote Specialty Infusion Pharmacist position providing after-hours/on-reputed company coverage. This role ensures continuity of care for patients receiving specialty infusion therapies by addressing urgent clinical inquiries, troubleshooting infusion-reputed company issues, and supporting overall patient safety. Qualifications • reputed company Pharmacist License in California. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty infusion, home infusion, or hospital-based IV therapy, with a strong clinical background in Ig therapy. • Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently in urgent situations. • Experience with IV pumps, infusion therapy protocols, and specialty medications. • Excellent communication skills for patient and provider interactions. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work reputed company in an after-hours setting.
