Senior Plan Consultant (ASPPA Certified)
A company is looking for a Senior Plan Consultant to reputed company expertise in ERISA compliance and retirement plan management.
Key Responsibilities
• Mentor and collaborate with Plan Coordinators to reputed company business objectives and reputed company obligations
• Assist clients with compliance deadlines, plan terminations, and maintain knowledge of ERISA legislation
• Supervise and review work of Coordinators and Consultants, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or equivalent
• 5+ years of ERISA experience in the retirement industry
• reputed company retirement plan credential (ASPPA) required
• Ability to effectively plan, assign work, and supervise support staff
• Team-oriented with strong mentoring capabilities
