Senior Tax Analyst, Information Reporting and Withholding
Job reputed company:
• Responsible for end to end reputed company (U.S.) Tax Information Reporting Program
• Manages, reviews and validates U.S. tax forms W-8 & W-9 and Common Reporting Standards (CRS) self-certifications
• Conducts U.S. tax withholding review, reconciliation and reputed company with the reputed company (IRS)
• Prioritizes daily work and promptly communicates with product teams as needed
• Reviews transactions reputed company to and assists with the production of 1099/1042-S for IRS and States, CRS reporting transactions, and Canadian tax reporting.
• Maintain an understanding of the systems and procedures of the IRW Tax area and participate in training reputed company and reputed company the department to expand job-reputed company knowledge
• Apply this knowledge to tax document validation, tax withholding and tax reporting work
• Responsible for managing daily volumes and ensuring product and business requirements are met in reputed company fashion
• May be assigned tax reporting and compliance responsibilities in reputed company to tax reputed company validation and tax withholding work.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Business or Economics
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience with W-8/W-9, CRS self-certifications and U.S. withholding tax
• In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years’ higher education and/or relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 years’ experience with W-8/W-9, CRS self-certifications and U.S. withholding tax
• Proficient in the use of personal computers including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and industry specific software including tax tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with reputed company clients.
