Florida Licensed Legal Director
A company is looking for a Sr. Director: Legal to lead its legal strategy and contract operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement legal initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Oversee the contract lifecycle, including preparation, negotiation, and compliance
• Collaborate with internal departments to mitigate risks in contractual agreements
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Membership in a US bar
• 7 years or more relevant experience in software, data, and services products
• In-house counsel experience
• Experience with technology/software/data licensing and contract administration
