Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Part Time Customer Support and Service Technician to join our team at arenaflex. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment, as well as investigating and diagnosing issues with the equipment. You will also be required to keep all refrigeration gear in proper working condition and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of the equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment in accordance with arenaflex standards
• Investigate and diagnose issues with soft drink fountain equipment
• Maintain all refrigeration gear in proper working condition
• Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and corrective repairs
• Provide exceptional customer support and service, working collaboratively with clients to resolve issues and ensure their satisfaction
• Work effectively as part of a team, maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent degree/certification
• Valid driver's license
