We're committed to making a positive impact on the world, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Project Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Managing moderate-sized and complex customer projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards * Confirming customer requirements, including drawings, specifications, and job site requirements, and clarifying exceptions to ensure project success * Managing the complete project process from order preparation to product shipment, post-shipment support, and financial reconciliation * Developing and communicating project schedules to customers, ensuring expectations are met and project teams are aligned * Coordinating with internal manufacturing facilities and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution * Monitoring project performance, identifying risks, and developing mitigation plans to ensure project success * Leading the closeout of customer projects, including financial reconciliation, verification of job site equipment arrival, installation, start-up, and training support completion * Utilizing a base knowledge of arenaflex products and their use, demonstrating an understanding of fundamental knowledge, processes, and terminology needed for effective project management * Ensuring each project is executed to meet or exceed customer requirements while ensuring financial boundaries of cost and margin are met * Communicating project risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders, accurately predicting financial performance for revenue recognition and cost forecasts * Utilizing and offering improvements to the Project Execution Team's standard process, documentation, and tools **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * At least 3-4 years of project management experience involving construction management, electrical power distribution equipment, or mechanical systems * In-depth understanding of subcontractor management, project financials, and risk mitigation * Technical knowledge of a variety of facility/building systems or IT infrastructure systems, including but not limited to; medium voltage switchgear, diesel generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, fire/security, cooling, heating, rack systems * Experience leading and developing a project team to achieve improved results, measured through increased customer satisfaction and project profitability * Experience supervising a technical staff * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project **Our Culture** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
