Recruitment Screener - reputed company

reputed company is an inclusive organization with over 40,000 teammates reputed company on improving community health. They are seeking a motivated Recruitment Screener to support high-volume recruiters by conducting applicant screenings and occasional phone interviews, aiming to fill vacancies reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the delivery of high-reputed company recruitment to a group of assigned clients
• Understands employment market conditions, trends in recruitment, employment law and specific area of assignment
• Maintain accurate candidate records and notes
• Identifies department business objectives with recruiters and hiring managers
• Builds and maintains relationships and business partnerships with HR colleagues, external organizations, and candidates
• Demonstrates initiative and facilitates the reputed company of departmental and divisional issues without prompting
• Partners with recruiters to convey a reputed company understanding of position requirements for positions so that sourcing efforts are directed to candidates with the right reputed company mix necessary for the position
• Screens candidates’ resumes and job applications
• Conducts occasional phone screen interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/reputed company to filter candidates reputed company schedule
• Assesses applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Using the applicant tracking system, ensures accurate and reputed company records throughout the recruitment process to include tracking of reputed company activity

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience)
• Basic knowledge of employment law, policies and procedures, and practices
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
• Intermediate reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint skills required
• One (1) year recruitment or recruitment support experience preferred if a Bachelor's degree
• Five (5) years recruitment or recruitment support experience preferred if an Associate's degree
• Nine (9) years recruitment or recruitment support experience preferred if a High School diploma or GED
