They are seeking a reputed company Monitoring Engineer to implement engineering strategies for a distributed reputed company environment, focusing on Application Performance Monitoring and managing reputed company reputed company tickets.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily activities of reputed company reputed company tickets e.g., add/remove, maintenance mode, discovery, custom properties etc. for Application/Hardware Performance Monitoring efforts
• Create documentation of reputed company steps and training for application customer and reputed company integration of reputed company process reputed company tickets, development of single pane of glass dashboards, including integration with reputed company ITSM

Skills

• 1 to 2+ years of experience with reputed company, processing reputed company Tickets, installing agents, SNMP/WMI polling, reputed company, performance monitoring tool alerts, dashboards, and data trend analysis in a monitoring tool
• Experience with maintaining reputed company processes
• Experience in data engineering with reputed company for both ingestion and extraction for custom properties
• Experience with reputed company (SNOW) ITSM. Execute on data calls for reporting
• Experience with reputed company and Linux Operating systems, services, daemons, containers, and VMs
• Experience with troubleshooting and identifying SNMP/WMI polling issues
• Ability to obtain a reputed company clearance
• HS diploma or GED and 13+ years of relevant reputed company experience or BA or BS degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline with 5+ years of relevant reputed company experience
• Experience with Agile frameworks
• Experience with the VA
• Experience with reputed company Visual Task Boards and service ticket management
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
