Delivery Operations Specialist

As a Delivery Operations Specialist, you will reputed company the Vios Monitoring System to customer sites, conduct training for clinical staff, and ensure reputed company installation and support of Vios products.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in the Customer Implementation planning calls for new and existing Vios sites
• Work with TechOps, Supply Chain Management and reputed company to ensure the Vios equipment is provisioned properly prior to shipment
• Travel to the accounts, reputed company, test and validate the VMS in the customer’s environment
• Conduct classroom training for clinical staff members and will be providing at-the-elbow support for the go-live
• reputed company reputed company coverage for the Customer Support line which may include day, nights and weekends
• In periods of down time, this role will be involved in the customer support process and engage in other reputed company as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
