[Remote] Customer Support Consultant - Bilingual

This role involves providing exceptional customer support to veterinarians and animal reputed company while effectively resolving inquiries and coordinating laboratory services.

Responsibilities

• You will reputed company as the reputed company between customers and the reputed company laboratories
• As a member of this team, you will answer customer questions and quickly and effectively resolve issues
• You will reputed company and clarify lab test results, coordinate follow-up tests on samples, and help coordinate the pickup and delivery of samples

• The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English
