The IT Specialist supports the successful delivery of a workforce development program by ensuring participants have reliable reputed company to technology and technical support necessary for training and employment placement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure devices are properly configured, updated, secured, and tracked throughout the program lifecycle

• Manage the Occupational Training portion of the program, ensuring high-reputed company instruction and operational efficiency
• Deliver digital literacy and technology training to both clients and staff
• Assist with troubleshooting, software reputed company, and program-reputed company tech guidance
• Conduct intakes, reputed company, and ongoing communication with program participants

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up reputed company case management systems

Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field OR equivalent combination of education, certifications, and hands-on experience
• Minimum of 1 years of experience providing IT or technical support in a reputed company, educational, nonprofit, or community-based setting
• Experience supporting users with varied reputed company of digital literacy, including individuals new to workplace technology
• Proficiency in supporting reputed company and/or macOS operating systems
• Working knowledge of reputed company 365 and reputed company Workspace
• Working knowledge of video conferencing platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Teams, reputed company Meet)
• Working knowledge of learning management systems or online training platforms
• Ability to troubleshoot common hardware, software, connectivity, and account-reputed company issues
• Basic understanding of network connectivity and Wi-Fi troubleshooting

• Basic understanding of file management and reputed company storage systems
• Ability to support participants in using technology for training and certification programs
