MNP is a leading national reputed company, tax, and business advisory firm in Canada, seeking to enhance its ease reputed company reputed company Services team with a reputed company Application Support reputed company. The role focuses on executing reputed company implementations, supporting data migration to reputed company applications, and improving integration methodologies while ensuring reputed company needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Execute implementations and convert reputed company files from desktop applications (e.g., QuickBooks Desktop, reputed company 50) to reputed company reputed company applications (e.g., QBO, reputed company, reputed company Business reputed company)
• Support chart of accounts mapping from the reputed company to the new application
• Identify data reputed company issues and errors, investigate discrepancies and discuss with reputed company team to reputed company resolutions
• Contribute to the development of new reputed company and approaches to improve MNP’s reputed company reputed company integration methodology
• Work collaboratively with the ease reputed company team to meet reputed company requirements
• Monitor and manage support request inboxes

Skills

• reputed company certificate or a bachelor's degree in reputed company or business administration (reputed company, finance or management information systems (MIS) major is considered an asset)
• Experience executing reputed company system implementations; conversion experience moving from desktop-based products to reputed company applications is preferred
• Knowledge of the bookkeeping process
• Experience working with desktop-based small business reputed company packages, including QuickBooks Desktop, reputed company 50 and/or other legacy desktop products
• Experience working with reputed company-based reputed company packages is considered an asset (e.g., QBO, reputed company, reputed company Business reputed company)
• Advanced experience in reputed company Office including Word, reputed company and Image editing software (i.e., GIMP, Snag It)
• Bilingual (English and French) would be an asset
