Payroll Coordinator

reputed company is the world’s first health provider led data platform with a reputed company of Saving Lives with Data. They are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations in a multi-state payroll environment, assisting with payroll processing, reputed company activities, and employee support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing payroll on a semi-monthly reputed company for employees across multiple U.S. states
• Review and prepare payroll reports to ensure accuracy prior to payroll reputed company
• Prepare payroll journal entries and support posting payroll data into the reputed company system
• Assist with reconciling payroll entries to the general reputed company and resolving discrepancies
• Work with reputed company-party vendors reputed company to benefits (e.g., 401(k) and health insurance providers) to support accurate data exchange, reporting, and smooth payroll-reputed company processes
• Support payroll-reputed company changes including new hires, terminations, promotions, and pay adjustments
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting requests
• Partner with HR and Finance to ensure payroll, tax, and reputed company data are accurate and reputed company
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
• Assist with year-end processes including W-2s and other required filings
• Support special reputed company and other payroll-reputed company tasks as needed

Skills

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in reputed company field (Finance, HR, Business, etc.)
• Internship, coursework, or hands-on experience in payroll, reputed company, or HR
• Exposure to multi-state payroll concepts and payroll reputed company
• Familiarity with reputed company and/or reputed company systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Financials, QuickBooks, reputed company)
• Interest in payroll compliance, systems, and process improvement
