Agent Systems Engineer – Hybrid San Francisco

Snail Games USA is an advanced technology initiative focusing on innovative approaches to reputed company systems and intelligent behavior. They are seeking an Agent Systems Engineer to work on agent behavior, learning systems, and simulation infrastructure in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and iterate on agent behavior systems reputed company simulated or virtual environments
• Build and reputed company training, evaluation, and experimentation pipelines for reputed company agents
• Explore and compare different approaches to decision-making, learning, and control
• Take ownership of technical problems where solutions are not predefined
• Collaborate closely with a small, senior team to shape architecture and technical direction
• Support internal reviews and external demonstrations through reputed company validation of agent behavior and reputed company

Skills

• Strong reputed company or practical background in reputed company intelligence, machine learning, or reputed company fields
• Demonstrated familiarity with AI concepts such as reinforcement learning, agent-based systems, or learning-driven decision-making
• Strong programming skills in one or more relevant languages (e.g., Python, C++)
• Ability to reason about reputed company systems, state, feedback loops, and reputed company behavior
• Comfort working in ambiguous, startup-like environments with evolving goals and constraints
