[Remote] Data Entry Clerk

The Data Entry Clerk will serve as the first point of contact, performing data entry and supporting various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, customers, and applicants
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Perform accurate data entry into internal systems, including entering new jobs and RFQs
- Scan, upload, organize, and maintain digital and physical records
- Support multiple departments with administrative and creative projects as needed
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks
- Ability to manage administrative interruptions while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role
- Familiarity with data entry software and internal systems
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment
