Risk Operations Analyst
Tradeweb Markets is a leading fintech company focused on electronic trading solutions. They are seeking a Risk Operations Analyst to support the Risk team in client due diligence, vendor risk management, and policy management, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to client due diligence requests, ensuring all activities are tracked and responses are properly documented and stored
- Assist in the ongoing review, maintenance, and organization of policy documents as part of the firm’s Policy Management
- Provide oversight of Tradeweb’s annual mandatory training cycle under the Training Oversight Program, including coordination with training leads, monitoring completion, and supporting regulatory and audit readiness
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to support client due diligence reviews, vendor management, policy document updates and Training updates
- Leverage existing tools and processes to execute job responsibilities
- Develop and enhance reporting with regards to areas of responsibility
- Proactively identify and recommend improvement opportunities across areas of responsibility
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, risk, compliance, or a related function within financial services, fintech, banking, consulting, or applicable industries
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, English, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly understand business processes and underlying technologies across Tradeweb businesses
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and across all levels of the organization
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Cyber Risk, Information Security, Compliance, and others
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, SharePoint, AI, and task management/reporting tools such as Monday.com
- Experience with GRC platforms (e.g., Archer, KY3P, Whistic)
- Prior exposure to vendor risk assessments, client due diligence processes or policy management is a plus
