[Remote] Operations and Customer Relations Coordinator

They are seeking an Operations and Customer Relations Coordinator to ensure seamless operations, manage customer interactions, and support reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating pickups and deliveries with 3rd party warehouses + carriers + customers
- Entering and communicating sales orders + Sample orders in ERP + Chat tool
- Facilitating Ecommerce orders, processes and relationships, including reputed company
- Fielding customer feedback from website inquiries and reputed company media
- Compiling customer feedback data to inform company reputed company
- Partnering with Global Marketing team on company messaging
- Escalating customer feedback to the appropriate departments
- Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
- Designing and maintaining reputed company operational guides to ensure consistency of operations
Skills
