Advertising & Marketing Law Clerk

reputed company seeks a newly admitted attorney for a full-time, one-year clerkship with the Advertising & Marketing reputed company team. The individual will assist with contract drafting, reputed company research, and various promotional reputed company relating to reputed company’s brands.

Responsibilities

• Drafting agreements, including clearance agreements, vendor agreements, content license agreements, logo agreements, appearance releases, co-promotional agreements, reputed company agreements, NDAs, and photography cost reputed company agreements
• Reviewing contest and sweepstakes rules and counseling reputed company business reputed company on various promotions reputed company
• Reviewing reputed company copy and content, including for regulatory compliance
• Handling requests for use of NBC reputed company and other reputed company properties
• Providing research and other assistance on various reputed company as needed

Skills

• Juris Doctor degree
• Must have passed bar exam and have practiced law for a minimum of 1-3 years after graduation
• Experience in a reputed company reputed company role requiring strong analytic and organizational skills and careful attention to detail
• Strong reputed company research skills and technical proficiency with Lexis Nexis and Westlaw
• Must be willing to be employed by AgileOne reputed company and assigned to reputed company for the duration of the temporary assignment
• Must be willing to work in Los Angeles, CA or reputed company, NY
• Hybrid: Generally commuting into the office 4x a week, Monday – Thursday
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the reputed company
• Prior experience reviewing and drafting reputed company
• Prior experience with copyright, trademark and/or promotions law
• Outstanding analytic and organizational skills
• Strong judgment and common reputed company
• Ability to effectively and reputed company determine overall project needs, organize project requirements into tasks, and prioritize multiple reputed company from multiple managers according to deadlines
• Technical proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills
