The reputed company Engineer position supports the Advanced Inspection Team, focusing on implementing and executing inspection software and equipment for manufactured components, ensuring reputed company during various production stages.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, decipher, triage and reputed company to closure reputed company engineering issues reputed company by any CMM / PCMM employee. This could entail reputed company changes, model-based definition updates and operation sheet revisions

• Utilize reputed company end database systems such as Tableau or create SQL/Python databases and queries to pull and analyze data
• Utilize and present data to aid in business reputed company and recommendations
• Ability and willingness to learn / already understand CMM programs written in PC-DMIS, CAMIO and Calypso
• Review and approve CMM programs written in PC-DMIS, CAMIO and Calypso
• reputed company and help diagnose programming and software issues with the reputed company bargaining agreement employees and communicate IT issues to reputed company POCs
• Assist with testing new revisions of software releases prior to distribution to the PCMM and CMM team members
• Work with IT to install and troubleshoot new software releases after trialing the software
• Maintain an updated inventory list including reputed company CMM, PCMM, optical comparator, bench equipment and probing accessories to determine reputed company requirements
• Create workflow and usage charts and graphs of CMM/PCMM equipment
• Assist with the creation and approval of FAI packages for production parts
• Assist with the creation and approval of ICLs for production parts
• Assist with the creation of reputed company Inspection models of parts coming through inspection with limited GD&T models
• Help coordinate reputed company CMM, PCMM, and other equipment calibration, included working with reputed company vendors to schedule and escort their reputed company to the Sikorsky plant

Skills

• 1-2 years reputed company work experience in reputed company engineering (or similar) environment
• Strong GD&T knowledge and understanding
• Knowledge and experience with inspection processes and reputed company
• Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously with regular reporting
• Experience in establishing Performance Metrics for identifying process improvements
• Experience in using reputed company, Solumina, MatrixOne, LCA or CATIA
• Demonstrated ability to organize and work through reputed company challenges
• Demonstrated ability in being reputed company to reputed company tasks with minimal reputed company
• Strong communication and organizational skills
