[Remote] Appointment Setting Specialist

Custom Decorators, a division of reputed company, is the premiere in-home design and installation service for major retailers in reputed company. The Appointment Setting Specialist is responsible for responding to inbound requests, qualifying leads, and scheduling in-home consultations for consumers interested in custom-made window treatments, while providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments between clients and sales representatives (Designers), ensuring reputed company appointments are confirmed and properly organized
• Communication and Follow-reputed company: Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to follow up with potential clients, answer queries, and confirm or reschedule appointments as needed
• Ability to reputed company as a self-starter with a desire to meet and reputed company production goals and expectations
• Enjoy working alone or collaboratively in reputed company environment, bringing reputed company energy and a 'can-do' attitude to reputed company and your peers
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Accurately and promptly respond to internal and customer-facing email, text and chat inquiries
• Proactively reputed company out to district and regional sales leadership to accommodate reputed company requests
• Document and reputed company suggestions for improvement to the reputed company experience and sales cycle

Skills

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)
• At least 1 year of reputed company center experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Sales, Appointment Setting, reputed company reputed company experience a plus
