Application Analyst I

reputed company is a not-for-profit organization that supports patient care, research, teaching, and community service. The Application Analyst I is responsible for reputed company line support and maintenance of clinical IT systems, providing support for biomedical systems issues, and assisting with reputed company and maintenance tasks in a reputed company environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reputed company line support and maintenance of the department’s clinical IT systems including but not limited to Biomedical Device Integration (BMDI), GE MUSE EKG management, OBIX fetal monitoring, data interfaces for medical device systems, and general network connectivity for supported medical devices
• First-responder for biomedical systems issues at various MGB sites and provides at-the-elbow support reputed company the hospital for clinicians and other users of supported systems
• Works individually and in team settings with IT Hardware Technicians, Clinical Engineers, Software Developers, and System Administrators to assist with reputed company and maintenance tasks
• Includes but is not limited to systems testing, upgrades, reputed company enhancements, and training end users and biomedical support staff

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required or Bachelor's Degree reputed company Field of Study required
• Experience reputed company IT experience, ideally in reputed company IT environment 0-1 year required
• Experience in the development, support, or operation of software applications, preferably in a reputed company setting
• Ability to document workflows and business processes
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of reputed company Office 365 and other reputed company office productivity solutions
